📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement compliance and risk management policies and procedures.
• Oversee the compliance and risk management functions, ensuring that NHG operates within the highest standards of ethical and legal practices.
• Lead a team of compliance and risk management professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to help them achieve their goals.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
• Monitor and report on regulatory compliance and risk management activities.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards, and ensure that NHG remains compliant.
• Provide training and education to employees on compliance and risk management topics.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that compliance and risk management considerations are integrated into all aspects of NHG's operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance and risk management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws, regulations, and industry standards related to healthcare.
• Certification in compliance and risk management, such as Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified in Compliance Risk and Information Systems Control (CCRISC), or Certified in Risk Management (CRM).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
