📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job advertising and screening to interviewing and hiring.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and a respectful exit for departing employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, in collaboration with senior management.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Facilitate employee training and development programs, helping to enhance skills and capabilities.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices, and share insights with the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Previous experience working in Bali or a similar international setting is a plus.
