As an Accounting Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial health and supporting our growth.

In this role, you will work closely with our finance team to manage accounts payable and receivable, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. You will use industry-standard tools like SAP and Microsoft Excel to streamline processes and improve efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Work with SAP and Microsoft Excel to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations.
• Provide financial support to branch offices, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Participate in audits and internal controls to maintain financial integrity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a healthcare or distribution setting.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) is a plus.
• Certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
