📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and supervision of departmental operations.,Coordinate and support the Department Head in strategic planning and decision-making.,Oversee day-to-day activities of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures.,Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reports to the Department Head.,Manage and mentor departmental staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Handle departmental budgets and financial planning.,Represent the department in meetings and conferences as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving departmental goals and objectives.,Familiarity with HR policies and practices is a plus.
