📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by managing customer inquiries and providing product information.,Support the sales team in achieving their targets by identifying potential customers and opportunities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events as required.,Stay updated with industry trends and market developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telesales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
