📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity projects, ensuring they meet project timelines and budget constraints.
• Lead cybersecurity governance activities, including policy development, compliance monitoring, and risk assessment.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive cybersecurity project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cybersecurity measures into overall project objectives.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and provide actionable recommendations to mitigate security threats.
• Prepare and present executive reports on cybersecurity initiatives, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices to proactively address emerging risks.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards and requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
• Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including NIST, ISO 27001, and COBIT.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
