📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.
  • Ensure food is prepared and cooked to the required standards of quality, safety, and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
  • Assist in stock control and inventory management.
  • Train and supervise junior staff in cooking techniques and food safety.
  • Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to the development of new menu items.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook or Deputy Cook in a professional kitchen.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
