The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Collaborate with managers and employees to identify learning needs and design appropriate training solutions.,Create and deliver training materials, including workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Work closely with the HR team to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.,Assist in the planning and execution of team-building activities and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to design and facilitate training programs effectively.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Familiarity with assessment tools and techniques.,Strong organizational and project management skills.
