📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve processes and reduce costs.,Monitor and evaluate operational performance against set targets and KPIs.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Identify and mitigate operational risks to minimize disruptions and downtime.,Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team to achieve operational goals.,Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading operations teams.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
