📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Maintain and update employee records and files,Handle employee relations and conflicts,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures,Support the HR manager in managing HRIS (Human Resources Information System),Conduct employee training and development programs,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or related field,Good knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and HRIS software,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken
