CV Tani Media is looking for a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Tigaraksa and remotely. We offer a competitive salary and a collaborative work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of vehicles and efficient use of resources.,Monitor vehicle performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles and equipment as needed.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide support to the operations team as needed.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of fleet management strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with local traffic laws and regulations.
