📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the medical center to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and patient satisfaction.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration and communication.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards in healthcare operations.,Handle budgeting and financial planning for the operations department.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management.,Proven track record of managing operational teams and improving efficiency.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage remote teams.,Familiarity with financial management and budgeting processes.
