Berkah Cahya Cafe & Coffee is looking for a Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café in Makassar. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and a strong background in managing teams and optimizing store performance. This is a hybrid role, combining in-store management with remote responsibilities. Join us in creating a welcoming and efficient café environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train a team of baristas and staff to maintain high standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with the central office for promotions and events.,Maintain a clean and attractive store environment.,Manage cash handling and financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and improving store performance.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of coffee preparation and quality standards.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
