📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Manage and support server environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues.
• Implement and manage security protocols to protect our IT systems from threats.
• Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery exercises to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement new technologies and improve system efficiency.
• Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.
• Participate in system upgrades and migrations as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and support.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Proficiency in server management and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Experience with IT security best practices and tools (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection systems).
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
