Port Seed Indonesia is seeking a talented and experienced Lead IT Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide first-level technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT security measures to protect company data.,Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.,Monitor and optimize IT performance to ensure efficient and reliable operations.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of IT issues.,Provide training and guidance to junior IT staff on best practices and troubleshooting techniques.,Stay up-to-date with emerging IT trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Certifications in IT support and related fields are a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
