📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage a team of sales consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving market share.
• Strong knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
