📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staffing, inventory, and sales targets.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed and that the store is maintained to a high standard.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the store meets all business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
