Maintenance Engineer - Property & Facilities Management

Mad Monkey Hostels is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Bali. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on professional who loves working in a dynamic environment. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our properties, ensuring they operate at peak efficiency.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to identify and resolve maintenance issues, perform regular inspections, and implement preventive maintenance strategies. You will use a variety of tools and software, including SAP Plant Maintenance and Microsoft Office, to manage and track maintenance activities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on property facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Inspect and maintain common areas such as lobbies, corridors, and public spaces.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Use SAP Plant Maintenance to schedule, track, and document maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of our properties.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide technical support to the facilities team and other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property and facilities maintenance.
• Familiarity with SAP Plant Maintenance and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
