As Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with our team to develop and implement marketing campaigns that resonate with our diverse audience. You’ll leverage data analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize our marketing spend. With a competitive salary of Rp 6,500,000 - Rp 9,500,000 per month, this is an exciting opportunity to grow within a vibrant and supportive team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Joga Yoga’s wellness and lifestyle offerings.
• Manage social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Create engaging content for our website, blog, and email newsletters.
• Collaborate with influencers and content creators to expand our brand reach.
• Analyze marketing performance data using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
• Oversee email marketing campaigns to nurture customer relationships and drive sales.
• Coordinate with the sales team to promote special offers and discounts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the wellness or lifestyle industry.
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Mailchimp, and Canva.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager is a plus.
