• Develop and implement KPIs and OKRs aligned with strategic business objectives
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Monitor and analyze performance data using tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SAP
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to set and achieve performance targets
• Identify performance gaps and develop action plans for improvement
• Provide training and coaching to employees on performance management best practices
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in performance management
• Generate performance reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance management or a similar role
• Proven experience with KPIs and OKRs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SAP
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Certification in performance management or related field is a plus
