Oversee daily production operations to ensure targets are met.,Monitor and maintain production schedules and budgets.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product standards are met.,Train and mentor production staff to improve performance.,Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure smooth production flow.,Coordinate with other departments to resolve production issues.,Implement and monitor production improvement initiatives.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
