PT Media Astrid is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse in Yogyakarta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This is a remote position, but the candidate must be available in Yogyakarta for occasional meetings and site visits.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage inventory levels, ordering, and receiving, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, including inventory turnover, order accuracy, and delivery times.,Train and mentor warehouse staff on best practices and safety procedures.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the warehouse, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
