🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on tech or data center industries.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
