Sister Creatives Co is looking for a Senior Digital Ads Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to drive engagement and achieve our business goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) and Google platforms.,Develop and implement strategic advertising plans to achieve campaign objectives.,Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.,Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand messaging and goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising.,Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.,Manage ad budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation.,Train and mentor junior team members in digital advertising best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on Meta and Google platforms.,Proven track record of managing and optimizing successful digital advertising campaigns.,Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, tools, and analytics.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
