Bali Utama Cakrawala is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Staff to join our team in Kuta Selatan, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. You will also play a key role in operational HR activities, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies related to employee management.,Process payroll and manage benefits administration.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts or grievances.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Oversee training and development programs for employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using HR information systems and payroll software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with employee lifecycle management best practices.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
