Stripe is seeking a Specialist Solutions Architect to join our Radar team. As a Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing fraud detection and risk management solutions for our clients.

In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their unique business needs and challenges, and then design and implement tailored solutions that help them mitigate fraud and reduce risk.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Work with clients to understand their unique business needs and challenges related to fraud and risk.
  • Design and implement tailored fraud detection and risk management solutions for our clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in fraud detection and risk management.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to our clients throughout the implementation and ongoing management of their solutions.
  • Collaborate with our engineering, product, and design teams to ensure that our solutions are scalable, reliable, and user-friendly.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of our clients' solutions, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Provide training and support to our clients' internal teams to ensure that they can effectively manage and monitor their solutions.
  • Participate in the development of our internal tools and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our solutions.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical or solutions architecture role, with a focus on fraud detection and risk management.
  • Strong understanding of fraud detection and risk management concepts, techniques, and best practices.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms, such as AWS or GCP.
  • Strong programming skills in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
