📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage and develop a team of sales associates, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, fostering a positive and motivated team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales performance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
