📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify requirements,Ensure that all technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and meets industry standards,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other reference materials,Review and edit technical documentation written by other team members,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing,Contribute to the improvement of our technical writing processes and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
