Motorcycle Field Marketing Specialist (Bali-Based)

Suzuki Philippines is seeking a dynamic Motorcycle Field Marketing Specialist to join our team in Bali. This role is your chance to be at the forefront of Suzuki’s brand growth, engaging with local communities and driving sales in Bali’s thriving markets. Based in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you’ll work closely with local dealers and customers to promote Suzuki’s range of motorcycles, including the Satria F150, Address, and Smash.

As a Motorcycle Field Marketing Specialist, you’ll spend your days on the road, visiting local markets, and engaging with potential customers. You’ll organize and participate in promotions, events, and roadshows to showcase Suzuki’s products. Your role will be crucial in building strong relationships with local dealers and ensuring Suzuki’s brand is well-represented in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct field marketing activities to promote Suzuki motorcycles in Bali.
• Organize and participate in promotions, events, and roadshows.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local dealers and customers.
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the marketing team.
• Ensure compliance with Suzuki’s brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the marketing team.
• Train and support local dealers on product knowledge and marketing techniques.
• Assist in the development and implementation of local marketing campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in field marketing or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Suzuki’s product range and marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for field work.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
