📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and manage inventory to ensure smooth logistics for our products.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize resources.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to maintain efficient supply chain operations.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to support business growth.
• Provide Mandarin language support to facilitate communication with regional partners and customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business operations or a similar role.
• Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
