📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) for construction projects.
Create detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.
Review and approve construction documents to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Coordinate with project teams to address technical issues and provide solutions.
Conduct site inspections to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
Prepare cost estimates and reports for project stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in construction.
Provide technical support to junior engineers and project staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction projects, with a focus on BOQ, RAB, and shop drawings.
Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
Familiarity with Indonesian construction standards and regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Valid professional certification (e.g., SIPR, SIT, or equivalent) is a plus.
