Daily, you will perform dialysis procedures using state-of-the-art equipment such as the Fresenius 4008 and Gambro AK10. You will monitor vital signs, administer medications, and provide emotional support to patients and their families. This role requires a deep understanding of renal physiology and a commitment to continuous learning, as you will stay updated with the latest advancements in dialysis therapy.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform hemodialysis procedures using Fresenius 4008 and Gambro AK10 equipment.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust treatment parameters as needed.
- Administer medications and fluids according to prescribed protocols.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient care and treatment details accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Maintain a clean and organized dialysis unit.
- Participate in staff meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hemodialysis nursing.
- Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent.
- Knowledge of renal physiology and dialysis therapy.
- Familiarity with Fresenius 4008 and Gambro AK10 equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
