As a Payroll Associate / Senior Associate at BDO, you'll handle end-to-end payroll tasks, including data entry, processing, and reporting. You'll work with advanced payroll software such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday, and collaborate with clients to understand their specific payroll needs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for diverse client base
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll data entry and processing using SAP, Oracle, or Workday
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific payroll needs and requirements
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including tax forms and employee statements
• Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Stay up-to-date with local and international payroll regulations and best practices
• Assist in the training and development of junior payroll staff
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a professional services firm
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian payroll laws and regulations
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience with payroll software such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proven ability to work well in a team and manage time effectively
