📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate the daily schedules of high-profile guests, ensuring seamless and efficient service.
• Assist with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and local transportation.
• Provide personalized assistance to guests, including event planning, shopping, and dining reservations.
• Maintain and organize guest accommodations, ensuring they are clean, comfortable, and well-stocked.
• Coordinate with local vendors and service providers to ensure the highest quality of service.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Assist with the preparation and execution of special events and activities for guests.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in guest areas.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, butler service, or personal assistance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and staff.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
• Familiarity with luxury travel and hospitality industry standards and practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive in Bali.
• Willingness to travel and work in a tropical paradise setting.
