📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the network by monitoring performance, identifying issues, and implementing solutions.
• Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
• Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Implement and manage security measures to protect the company's IT assets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT administration and networking.
• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or CompTIA A+ are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of VMware, Cisco networking equipment, and Microsoft Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
